Fitment says it first my bike but it's for cable throttle not TBW.

I have a 1990 FLHTCU (Electra Glide) with stock handlebars. These grips are a direct replacement. They are milled CNC aluminum with a metal dual cable throttle control, recessed hex bolts that drive mounts and keep the grips firmly attached (no glue needed, although it might be good to use some on the left hand grip) and the replaceable rubber center cushion is very comfortable. They look great, they're comfortable, and the price is right.
