The Binazon downspout has helped alleviate a problem we had with a corner downspout, the ones available at the big box hardware stores never seem to stay attached. It has stayed in place since the fall and helped direct water away from a low spot in the driveway.

Needed something to direct water away from my house, and this did exactly that. It fits snugly onto my 4" downspout and extends far enough to keep water from pooling near the foundation. The material seems pretty durable but still flexible enough to maneuver where I need it. Super easy to install—just attach and adjust.I like that it stretches out and holds its shape well. Some of these types of extensions feel flimsy, but this one has some weight to it. Hopefully, it holds up against the sun and my occasional run-ins with the lawnmower. So far, so good! Would buy again.

If you're like me and needed a downspout extension (because a certain online retail/delivery provider had a careless employee drive a delivery van over your aluminum one), this should be a welcome return to normalcy.Drama aside, this compact unit accordions to an astonishing amount. See the pics.I'd say it could be easier to assemble the two round pieces, and the four screws (non-black) do take some finessing to get right. Why not thumbscrews or some other self-contaned cinching mechanism?Anyway, what you see is what you get. Be aware, though, that I've been told these will self destruct due to UV rays, over time, so maybe cover with garden fabric or some other lightproof material.

The main think I think people buyers should know is that due to the way the the downspout adapter is built this extension really needs to be installed on vertical runs of downspout. Installing this at an angle (such as on an existing rigid extension) creates a backflow issue because of how the circle flex conduit is glued into the rectangular downspout adapter. There is a cavity inside the adapter that water needs to overcome to flow into the conduit and so the more horizontal the adapter is the more water is going to back up inside the extension and at a certain point its going to spill over.So I cant use it but I didn't remove any stars because none of the marketing implied I could install it in such a manner. If it had worked I would have used it. The conduit is semi-rigid, its like a large bendy straw and stays pretty well in whatever form its bent into. Like I said the adapter and conduit are glued together so had I intended to leave it out in the sun I would have added a few strips of butyl tape because the UV here is brutal on plastics.

Nice downspout tube. Fits on my 4" outlet and directs water away from the edge of my house where the corner of the building usually makes it collect if I don't do something about it.Nice and long tube. Made of what seems to be durable, but flexible material. Easy to assemble, maneuver, and extend as needed. I have to replace a tube in this location every 3 years or so, because the sun makes them brittle and my robot lawnmower knocks into them, and sometimes catches the edge. Hopefully this one will last just as long or longer than it's predecessors.I really like the "lip" on the part your put on the connector. My downspout has the slightly curved bottom section that is supposed to direct water away from the building. The part that seats there with the little extension more securely seats on the angle and helps ensure the water won't jet out the back end as easily if there is a lot of flow.I enjoy being able to direct the water exactly where it needs to go to drain well, without struggling. Well worth it to buy this if you have the use for it. I may use it for a rain barrel collection from that downspout later, and I am positive that I can modify the piping with this with no problems.

I have 3" gutters and decided to take off the 45 degree piece and install this on the straight down. I felt that the water might just back flow out as there was a lot of space for water to flow out, thought it does have a little lip, seemed better to just by pass and let the water flow straight down.Great for getting the water further away from your foundation.I like the additional non-corrugated attachment, gives you some options of leaving with a clean end or tieing into some PVC potentially as well.

A very nice extension that can be formed into any shape to adapt and can be stretched to 62 inches. It is a two pack so you can quickly connect the two into an extremely long unit. It comes with self-tapping screws to attach to the existing downspout or to a water diverter to spread the flow and reduce damage to your lawn. I am using these to divert to a rain catchment system to water the garden, and am impressed with the quality and sturdiness, unlike normal diverters which feel like they are going to crack if you flex them too hard. These will fit on 3" or 4" downspouts with the included adapter. These are a quality buy at a comparable price, definitely will buy again.
