I got this netting for my fiance's car for our dogs. I wish it hooked onto the center console the way the one in my car does because my golden has figured out he can get his head underneath it but he cant climb through and I guess thats what matters.

Purchased this to go between the front seats of a 2019 Toyota Highlander. It definitely does the job at blocking access between front and rear seat rows. Clipping to the headrest brackets was easy and the clips will not fall off on their own. They will definitely stay put. Bottom clips on this car were a bit difficult to locate a sufficient install point. It's not a product issue, but a vehicle issue. I had to place the bottom clips on the seat-rail's plastic covers. They will stay put without worry of them releasing by themselves or getting moved when the seats are move forwards and to the rear.I like that the net is double layered which forms a pocket between the front and back layers of the mesh. I'm not storing anything in that pocket, but can see that it could be useful.For use, my wife leaves her handbag on the console and it sometimes falls into the back seat floor. With this net in place, there's nowhere for her handbag to go, so it stays where she placed it.My only negative comments would be that I wish that the 4 straps were adjustable, and not just elastic. In my particular vehicle. due to the need to attach to the seat track rails, it puts extra stretch upon both top and bottom elastic straps. This extra pull makes the net extend down below the top of the center console in the rear which then covers the A/C ventilation controls that reside on the rear upper part of the center console (for the 2nd row passengers). If the straps had some adjustability, then I could have shortened the top straps and lengthened the bottom straps to place the net a bit higher so it would not block the rear A/C controls. That quibble is not enough for me to take off a star.I rate this item 5 stars.
