I needed this URN for my daughter . URN is beautiful but ....I am so angry of all things to be sent that should have been inspected, THIS WAS NOT ! Now in the midst of the hell I am going through I have to ship it back . It is all scratched up . Are you kidding me ? Then I have to wait to reorder another one before my daughter is cremated ! Shame !!!! My heart is broken enough . Again its absolutely beautiful. It took me a long time to make sure my daughter has the best home that she would be happy with . I had called Amazon asked for the supervisor (Dell) Dell was so kind and understanding. Dell helped so much. Today I received the replacement. He fast forward the delivery . The new urn is much better . You can tell this one was inspected, packaged with such care . It looks great a tiny dent and a mere scratch that I needed my bifocals to see them . I have to give my heartfelt thank you to Dell for making everything right . It truly is a great piece . Now I can bring my baby girl ,Tiara home with me where she needs to be .
