The tops came as shown. However, the piece used to connect to the tops that drops them and spins them, is missing. It was not in the package. So there is no way to actually use the toy.

These are neat spinner/tops. They work well with the push button tool. It's fun to see them spin. This set has a variety of sizes and colors. Pretty cool just to play around with.
