I set it up, stored everything I needed in it, opened and closed it once and it was fine. Itโs been a few weeks and I opened and closed it (second time). This second time when turning knob to make sure itโs locked once I closed it the whole knob and keypad broke off. I could hear screws falling back into the safe. Now I canโt get it open without the key because the pad hangs down. This is after second use. I didnโt expect this otherwise I wouldโve been aggressive in using it during my return window. I have 4 other safes of different type and price points (2 very cheap) and they all have stood the test of time.

I cannot believe how pitiful this product is. I thought Amazon would screen the products they sell for quality. I opened the box, pulled out the safe and within seconds the keypad dial detached from the door. I was truly amazed. I am now looking for a safe made in the USA.

The measurements in the advertisement are wrong. The safe is bigger than the dimensions provided. Does not fit where I had planned to put it. Very frustrating.

I've been needing a lockbox and this will work perfectly. Easy to use and a good size. Keys work well and open the box easily. The tray inside is a big help. A good metal box at this price.

This electronic safe is easy to program and use out of the box. Batteries are included, the instructions are clear and it was simple to set the combination. The safe has an alarm that will sound if the wrong combination is entered too often. There is a light that comes on when the door is open which is my favorite feature. I like the shelf too, it's deep enough to provide a decent amount of storage on the inside for documents, medicinals, etc. There is a lock-and-key entry option too so it can be accessed if the batteries fail. The safe is very lightweight and can be lifted easily, so it is most secure bolted to a wall. Issues include: the handle, which is plastic and feels flimsy compared to the rest of the safe. I have concern that it would break off easily. The safe isn't fireproof or waterproof - although I'm sure it would be durable up to a point. The safe I received also has a significant patch of white scuffing on the bottom of it. Overall it's a good safe but lacks high quality construction.
