I'm a casual shooter and replace my own tips when necessary. This is a great combo tool that makes the DIY tip replacement go pretty smoothly. A nice little tool for someone like me though pros would probably prefer a pro do their tip repairs.

For the money.. this thing is AWESOME! Super easy to use. Comes with an instruction sheet with a "how to use" guide on all components of the tool. I recently played in the Oklahoma Black Gold Tournament at the Hard Rock Casino in Tulsa and had to do emergency surgery on my tip that I just had placed the night before. Worked so well that a couple of my team mates AND competitors noticed it and asked where to get one. Highly recommend

This is a good pool cue tip tool. It does pretty much everything you could ask and does it well. I'm glad I found this as it makes it much easier to maintain my cues and keeps the tips in much better playing condition with the spikes and sanding spots. This tool even comes with an extra blade and the hex key needed to install it. Good deal.

5 different file surfaces (flat, cylindrical and 3 spherical sizes)The pins are a it dull, I prefer the pins on a different tool which are much sharper.Recommends to wrap the tip with tape, it will scratch up the tip if not wrapped and trying to trim the tip even to the ferrule.
