Both functional and beautiful, this tart pan has been just what I needed for baking. My son is not much of a cake person, so I wanted to make him his favorite chocolate peanut butter cup. This is perfect! the removable is perfect for getting the giant cup out and on to a plate. It washes easily in the dishwasher and look pretty in the cabinet. I love this tart pan

I'm really happy with the quality of this tart pan. It's heavier than many cheaper pans because the manufacturers have used a thicker gauge of metal for these pans, and it shows. The non-stick ability of this pan is excellent also, it's nice and deep to hold more filling and it's also light in color. Now you may think this doesn't matter, but I found that it does, because in my experience the dark colored pans get hotter and it's easy for your pastry to over brown and even burn if you're not careful. I can't speak for the durability of the coating long term as I've only had the pan a short time and used it once so far, but based on my experience with it, I can definitely recommend it.

I always wanted to try those kind of pans so I ordered them. I make a lot of quiche so I think the removable sides will make it easier to get it out and cut it. Definitely I will use the larger one more often since we are a family of 4 but I wanted to have the variety, maybe for a tart, smaller size.
