This was my first try with Nematodes. Based on other reviews I made sure I got them delivered before temps got too warm so they would survive shipping.Have to say its weird to give a positive review when nothing happens, but here I am. Previous years the Japanese Beetle Tour would come in on schedule. Lots of sprays with Sevin to keeps things under control. It was always a battle.This year the Beetle Tour was a bust. I didn't need to do the usual dusting, and give credit to the Nematodes for making this happen. I'll be doing this again next year.

This product works. I did two or three applications and it resolved the problem of grubs. Remember that it is not immediate but it is a good way to get rid of grubs without chemicals.

Since I've put these nice little helpers out, I haven't seen ants in my home. Usually every spring I fight ants coming in. I'll never forget one year I had off white counters and i woke up to them being blackened by a raid of ants! It was horrible! I called a company... 106 dollars later; Happened again!! So, these are the good guys, for sure! They work!!

Easy to apply. So far no more lawn destroyed. Seems like a good deal and this company is the only one to offer this service and at a reasonable price. I’ve spend and tried many other products with zero success.

This is my second time ordering. They worked the first time, so I ordered again expecting the same outcome. This time product arrived warm and wet. (Cold pack was no longer cold) I hoped they were only warm for a short time so I applied them the same evening.It's been 2 months and problem has not improved. The nematodes were probably dead on arrival this time, which is why they did not work.It's a good product when they can get them to you when they are cold, but the nematodes die when hot, making them useless. Perhaps sending with 2 ice packs might help.

I was home when UPS delivered our Nematodes. The cold packs were liquid and had no coolness to them. The Nematodes were not refrigerated, room temp. We used them anyway and kept them refrigerated. We applied according to your directions and STILL have fungus gnats up the wazoo, so the Nematodes must have arrive DOA.Would you please replace this order with a shipment of cool, live, Nematodes? I look forward to a reply and live Nematodes.This afternoon 10/21/20 UPS just delivered a new package that was COLD TO THE TOUCH! Inside was a new packet of the Nematodes, well chilled, right into the refrigerator they went. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service! Happy to try what sure seems like a viable product!

These nematodes are supposed to be stored at 36-45deg, yet when they ship you the item, they ship with 1 ice pack that arrives completely melted and sitting in a box on your doorstep baking in the 100deg sun. Both times I received a melted ice pack and a HOT pack of nematodes.I requested a replacement knowing they are supposed to be kept cold. I received a long email from the company explaining that they don't need to be stored cold, that it's totally fine they sat in the 100deg heat, it's not expected the ice pack stays frozen or even cold, the icepack is apprently there more for moisture than cold, and that nematodes are totally fine to use.I am not sure what to believe because when the item arrives with a semi-cold ice pack without sitting in sun all day, the nematode powder is softer, more moist, and malleable. The couple times I ordered and it had to sit in the sun all day, the nematode powder was dry and granular.Nevertheless, the nematodes never even made a dent in the Root Aphid (phylloxera) infestation I had so I am not sure if the product doesn't work or it got ruined sitting in the sun.Good company just wish it worked and wasn't confusing regarding how to store and keep the product viable.
