Succulent Plants Live Cuttings
Beginner Friendly Succulents
Watch the tracking for your package. Your cuttings will be cut and shipped from our nursery within 2 business days of your order being placed. We suggest opening your package immediately upon arrival.
Never expose your new succulent cuttings to full, direct sunlight. This will kill them quickly!
Plant in Moist Soil - Minimal Moisture
Gently insert your cuttings stem into the soil. We clean the lower leaves from your cuttings for easy planting. The travel in the box for a few days may have caused your cutting to shrivel and fade in color, but it also gave time for the removed lower leaves and stem cut to heal. Don't worry, with proper care your cutting will recover, and color will return.
Water Sparingly - 4 - 5 Weeks
We suggest a light watering after a week to ten days. Even if your succulents look like they need a big drink, too much water can cause root rot. By the 6th week you should be able to water when the soil is dry or once a week in the colder months and every 4 to 7 days in hotter months.
You will have best results with your cuttings if you:
Do not put them in direct, full sunlight but give them a bright grow light or indirect bright sunlight.
You plant them in a well-draining soil mix and water sparingly.
Do not remove your cuttings and check for roots. This will damage new growth and slow your progress.

Perfect!!! They didn’t all make it in the shipping but I honestly expected them to die bc of the snow outside. Only two arrived dead , the rest were beautiful. Perfect for my sons terrarium

My baby succulents arrived a few days ago from Fat Plants San Diego. They beautiful, undamaged and healthy. Each is different and extras were added. They came with clear instructions to plant. As you can see from the pictures they are nearly perfect. I would order again without hesitation. Thank you Fat Plants. It shows that you care for your plants and your customers!

Included in my order were 13 PERFECT and unique succulents. Each one is healthy looking and the cutest varieties were sent. Lots of different colors and textures. I am beyond thrilled with my purchase. I temporarily set them in succulent soil in a Red Robin "to go" tray with venting and the bottom serves as a tray. They will incubate here until they get roots - then I will transplant them to individual cute pots. I am a happy customer!!!

I deliberately waited sometimes before I reviewed these beauties. I've never raised currings before and I'm glad I did. First Ill start with the arrival. Someone actually took the time to wrap these plants, as they arrived safe and sound. I purchased the largest amount because I researched the company before I made my purchase. All Leaves were in tact. Beautiful green color. Not rooted yet as these are cuttings, which is really good for shipping. You don't have to worry about them being covered in soil when they arrive. Succulents hold water in their leaves. Perfect and by the pictures u can see how they've grown. I will be purchasing another bunch soon.

These were packed so well that they survived the walk home from the post office... In the hands of my 4-year-old son. They were clearly packed by practiced hands, and my order arrived... Let's see... 7-14 days early, as it was supposed to come between August 10th and August 17th, but arrived on August 3rd.They are absolutely beautiful, with excellent variety in shape and a veritable rainbow of color. I ordered the miniature fairy garden 25-pack and a 15-pack of mini rosettes, but received far more than 40 cuttings, so thank you! I only found two dropped leaves out of the entire order, and only one plant looked withered or worn, and from my understanding, they'll do that as they start to put out roots, anyway. I can't believe how great these are. I was unable to find anything healthy or affordable from local nurseries (I live in Iowa, sooo...), and I truly appreciate both the value and the quality.

Pretty variety. I didn’t like how they were packaged...being send in paper is easy and less messy than paper confetti...some of the babies got lost in all the packaging...the bottom leaves were already stripped so leaf propagation was impossible. Other companies send everything intact so you can grow more babies...these were ok. Not bad though. Some died but they sent extra so everything balanced out I guess.
