These are no cup ball links. However the swivel balls have some bushings that affect the total height of the linkage. What I received is not what the seller illustrated in their product pictures.I included a picture of what I received. The screw height of the linkage when screwed in is equivalent to a 1-cup ball swivel.

It wasn’t clear from the description but the hood is not threaded on these. I’m assuming it’s the tap hole size for m2 or were supposed to glue the rod in ?

If you're looking for some strong ball ends for your custom built crawlers or the like, these are good place to start. They seem to be well made and strong. Use them on 4-links, tie rods, shock ends, etc.
