This item is not of the quality I expected. The holes in the tiles will fill up with dirt. I'm most upset about the fact that I returned 3 boxes that I ordered and my account does not reflect that I returned them. I'm most upset about this. I'm hopeful that Amazon is not dumbing down its brand. It is also impossible to contact customer service. I asked for a call from a representative and when you hit the call button - it says you are connected - but you are not. Really sad. Hate to see Amazon turning into retailers only interested in collecting money.

Quality: made with real wood, pretty light weight, itβs survived our rain so far. It definitely elevates our balcony with such little actually spent. painted the deck last year, and in a years time it needed to be painted again. i started doing the prep work but i just couldn't bring myself to paint the deck again knowing that i'd be painting again in a years time. i started looking for other options, indoor/outdoor carpeting, rubberized pavers and then i found these. easy to work with and they look fantastic! more expensive than paint but well worth it.

I love this product! The thick tiles are made with high quality materials. Have not had even one break. They are so easy to put together. The color is beautiful, not too dark & not too light. I recommend measuring to ensure you purchase enough. I tried to eye-ball it and ended up buying more. Personally, I think it upgraded my patio and is worth the price!

This product was super easy to install and upgraded our patio with easy. The hardest part was cutting the edges to fit perfectly in myPatio space. Easy to sweep and keep clean. Iβve had them for months now and the quality is holding up great. For the price it is much more cost effective then getting new flooring. Allowed my toddler to have way more fun on the patio.

They are very easy to install, not slippery to walk on even when itβs placed on a slight slope. As a matter of fact, these smaller squares (4 small squares in 1 big wood square) work very well on slopes. They are not thick but seem quite sturdy.

These tiles are very good quality. They are identical to the Ikea tiles. The snap system is very similar to Ikea tiles and can be modified somewhat and will still work. Ikea tiles are much more expensive than these. However I ended up returning these tiles because Ikea had their tiles on sale for a short while. If they didn't I would have kept these tiles and they would have worked very well.
