Absolutely horrible self tappers. Very wobbly and dull. However they work extremely well on predeilled pilot holes. They have excellent gripping power ,they also work very well on example a hurricane clip. Note there not code for my area on hurricane clips. However imo they work better than code approved screws on holding and driving power. Don't recommend if you want to use screw for self tapping. Otherwise i do recommend for tie plates, brackets predeilled applications.Thats honest amd true 100% as i just put down over 5000 screws on a project ao i have very recent experience with them.

These roofing screws are exactly like any other roofing screw I've used. They do the job and feel dependable. I'm happy with them.

These roofing screws look fine. The tip is sharp which helps get them started. The steel washer is cupped a bit which helps keep the rubber seal from bulging out. These need a 1/4" hex driver.

After trying some painted roofing screws and having issues where they would not fit in the socket, I have decided to stick with non-painted screws from now on. And these from Evecad were just right for my project. I didn't have any broken heads during installation and, they drill through 24 gage steel and right into the wood beneath easily.

I used these to put together a sheet metal boat shed. They are self tapping and bite into the corrugated sheet metal without a problem, even using a rechargeable handheld drill. The metal backed rubber collars seal out water to prevent leaks. Good screws for sheet metal.
