These are very sturdy and large. Great for everyday use or for a party. Many come in a pack and can be reused if you want to reuse them. They are also huge lol

I have gone through a good deal of environmentally sustainable disposable knives, from the friendliest one wood, to the no so friendly compostables like these. Wood cutlery is as recyclable as it can be, meaning it doesn't need to be recycled, but try to cut a steak from an outdoor BBQ, effectively and keeping it in one piece (spoiler alert: no and no). Recyclable ones are a myth as they won't be recycled, at least here in Miami we don't have the facilities to do it. So they'll end in the landfillEnter Compostables. Even if compostable doesn't mean it will be composted, at least if not composted its environmental footprint will be smaller than traditionally plastic ones. So a small gain but yeah, at least it is something. I have used other compostable cutlery in the past but they are flimsy, will break fairly easily and cutting power was mehhhNot on these. They are as strong as traditional plastic knives, with the same cutting power and as I said a little less bad for the environment, even if you don't compost them. So feel good, at least a little, while cutting your stuff effortless

These knives are nice looking. They are longer than the plastic knives you get from the grocery stores, and they are definitely more sturdy than the heavy duty plastic knives that I buy from the store with the plus that they are compostable. A good buy!

We use a lot of disposable cutlery and it's nice to have compostable options instead of plastic. This knife seems strong and well made and indistinguishable from other plastic knifes. I've used it mostly to spread peanut butter and it's worked well. Like other compostable cutlery, it has a matte texture versus the smooth shiny plastic texture. It doesn't seem to affect the function at all and I quite like the matte look.Very happy with these and would buy again.

I have no experience with composting, so I can't vouch for whether that claim holds true with these knives. However, they are strong and hold up well during use. Though I should have paid closer attention to the 7.7-inch length in the product description because they are huge lol.

As an old guy with limited mobility, I use a lot of disposable dinnerware to minimize the dishwashing I have to do. So I've had a lot of experience with plastic and compostable knives over these last couple of years. These knives are among the best I've used so far. They are solid and sturdy. Their size fits my hand nicely. (I wear L in men's gloves.) They cut as well as any disposable knives I've tried and a lot better than most. They also get bonus points for being compostable, which is far more eco-friendly than plastic. These knives really are a premium product and they get a very well-deserved 5 star rating from me.

If you're looking for disposable cutlery, but want something more eco friendly than plastic, then these are for you. Made of corn starch and compostable, these are so much nicer than the kind made out of agave. Larger than most disposables, they're big enough even for my big hands. Durable enough to wash and reuse, but ideal for large parties where they can be a one time use.

Not all disposable cutlery is made the same and this definitely stands out! Was able to use this to pretty effectively spread peanut butter on toast. It was a little flexy trying to reach the last bits in the bottom of the jar but as good as one could expect with any disposable knives. This very much feels and handles like plastic, no odd taste or odd texture. Size wise, this is very comparable to other knives. All around a great product!!
