Skillfully made origami cranes of beautiful, colorful washi paper. A very much appreciated complement to a graduation gift, Japanese puzzle box Himitsu-Bako. The recipient was very surprised and delighted to find lots of wonderful origami cranes in the box. Origami Polly, you are the best!

I gave them to school children as part of a story telling time. The children kept them in their pockets and exchanged them. Several second graders created tiny nests for them to live.

These are super cute and super tiny. My fault for not reading closer. My plan was to scatter these around my house for a Japanese themed party but they ended up on top of the cupcakes because they are no bigger than 1” in size. Still cute though.
