I'll be 100% honest. I legitimately don't see the point of these. Whatever reason you have for using a banneton liner - to keep dough from sticking; to prevent the little rings on your dough from the banneton; to keep your banneton clean - these do literally none of those things. They are ridiculously thin, roughly the same material and thickness of that fake spider webbing you see at the dollar store every Halloween. They have about the same strength, too. They're also more than twice the size of a standard banneton. Personally, I would rather wash a fabric liner that works than throw away a floss one that didn't do a thing. I wouldn't buy these again.

Great liners. Im a newbie to sour dough and trying out bew things with it. If you like using liners, these work great.
