Syringe Filter Use Steps:
Step ONE:
When used with a syringe, draw approximately 1 ml of air into the syringe before aspirating the sample tominimize liquid carryover.
Step TWO:
Draw the sample into the syringe, invert the syringeand remove any residue from the tip.
Step THREE:
Attach the syringe filter to the syringe and tightengently to ensure a good seal.
Step FOUR:
Filter the sample in the syringe into the vial and followthe steps to maximize recovery.

The 100 PCS Syringe Filters with PES membrane are excellent for mycology projects! The 25mm diameter and 0.22µm pore size make them perfect for liquid cultures or grain spawn jars. They are easy to use and provide reliable performance. I've had great results with these filters, and the can withstand sterilization in a pressure cooker. Definitely a solid choice for anyone working in mycology or similar fields!
