I got these to make a Christmas puffy garland and they work well. They do shed a little, so I had red fuzz on the work area, other than that they’re fine.

So happy with these, I've used a lot of different pipe cleaners in my crafting over the years, and you definitely start to get a feel for higher quality vs cheaper, and these are some of the best I've used. They're very dense and fluffy, and the interior wire is nice and thick, but still easy to bend. Such a great value for the price!
