I love these little connectors they make things so much easier when removing a necklace. There is no fumbling around just pop it apart and your good to go.

Product functions well. The left hand one is the “white” for this product compared to an actual white color that i purchased elsewhere. It is hard to tell from the photo but they have an almost orange tinge to them. All the other colors matched close. Docking a star for the color being off.

When a clip broke on a tornado necklace, I replaced it with one of these and it works great. A little stiff at first, but it loosens up.

I looked at a lot of lanyards, and couldn't find one that has all of the features I wanted. So, I designed my own, and 550 paracord and these breakaway clasps were part of the design. To get the length right, I used a loop with excess length, and a closure consisting of a zip tie which was snug but could be slid to adjust the length. After putting it on and adjusting it, I removed the excess length, cut the remaining piece into two equal lengths, and attached two clasps so to ensure that the loop would break under stress no matter where or how the loop was pulled. (It's best to err on the side of caution when suggesting a lanyard made of 550 paracord to others.) Then I used another zip tie to attach a badge holder, and another to keep the badge holder in the proper location on the loop, so that the clasps would remain in the optimal locations. To attach the clasps to the paracord, I melted the ends of the paracord slightly with a lighter to make them easy to stuff into the clasps. Then I pulled the ends through further and melted them some more to ensure that they wouldn't pull out of the clasps too easily.

Seems like evert time I order there aren't the same amount of male pieces as the female pcs or visa versa. They work for what I use them for so that's my only complaint.

I have been making beaded lanyards that would tear way if needed. (As I work in a nursing home and I am making the lanyards for co-workers)

Great color assortment. Good clip for your paracord necklaces and ID card lanyards. Great value for the price.

I received 100 1/2! It is nice when the maker errors above the number instead of below. They seem to be similar quality to the higher priced ones I bought from a paracord store.

I previously bought a nearly identical product from another vendor, and these are a much better value. The plastic is slightly flimsier than the other vendor, but that does not interfere at all with how these work. I make face masks with T-shirt ties that wrap behind the head. These types of ties could be a choking hazard for children, so I incorporate these into the ties as a safety feature.

My son needs to wear a mask at school these days (of course), and the school also requires the mask to be attached to a lanyard. They provide generic lanyards, but my wife has of course purchased fun lanyards with characters on them etc. But, most don't have a "quick release" connector which is surprisingly dangerous. These colorful little guys are a great solution. Cut the lanyard, add a connector to each end and tie a knot. Some of my son's lanyards are somewhat thick and the holes on the connectors are on the small side, but with some coaxing it's possible to thread the needle. Best part is the number of connectors in the package. I was able to keep a handful for ourselves and give the rest to my son's school in case they need them.

I had purchased these as potential breakaway clasps for face mask lanyards for my younger children (ages 2, 3 and 6). These are surprisingly CHUNKY! They are as thick and as long as the top bone of my pinky. The item is far too oversized for the string we plan to use (nylon rattail) and for the size of the intended wearers. That doesn't mean they won't work for your project. The colors as nice. Note that the plastic is not smooth, it has a bit of a...leathery texture would be the best I can describe it.

I bought these to use for making mask holders for when masks are not being used at school etc... Schools do not allow items around the neck (choking hazard). These allow for a safe break away feature. They work as expected and come in many colour options.
