How to remove tips or adhesives glue:

Use scissors to cut off gently from the top of the nail cover. or use nail varnish remover or dispergator. if fingers are glued together, please also soak the glued part into the nail color remover, then slowly separate them.

Application Steps:

1. First, take one of the nail caps out and try it on your cat's nails without the glue. It should fit like a sock.

2. Trim the nails to the same length with that of the nail caps. If the nail cap is too large, you may trim the open end of the nail cap until it fits. FOR KITTENS: Do not trim kittens Paws before applying nail caps. You will need a sufficient Paw surface for the glue to adhere properly.

3. Fill the nail cap with little adhesive. Never fill to too full to prevent overflow of the adhesive. Wait the adhesive is half-dried in the nail cap.

4.Grasp Paws of the cats, slightly push aside the hair on the nails and expose all of them. Put the nail caps onto the Paw and make sure they are completely wrapped. Wait until the adhesive is dry and continue with the next one.

5.After all caps are applied, observe the cat for at least five minutes to make sure nail caps are secure. A good tip is to feed your cat his or her favorite food immediately after applying all nail caps.

After Applying Tips:

6.Some cats will try to bite away the nail caps after they are initially put on. Once it happens, immediately cry it down until they are used to the caps. But please don't worry, it is quite normal. If it is necessary to replace with new nail caps, just take off the remaining nail cap materials and clean the nails. Nail caps should always be replaced after 8 weeks.

Life changer for cat owners. The caps protect family members from scratches, but not a permanent decision like declawing.

I tried putting these on my CALMER cat. He hated them. He completely lost it when I glued one on his claws. It took me several minutes to get a set on just one of his paws. By that time, they should have dried enough for him to get free. Two fell off as he ran down the bed to get away. Within five minutes of him trying to scratch his covered claws against different things, another two fell off. The last one remained on his paw for about a week, but then he managed to get it off too. I never saw him chew on them, bite them, or use his other claws on them. They also made him very wary of me for a while. He did manage to find the bag of them, claw it open, and spread them all over the floor.Definitely not worth the money and I feel bad for it affecting him like it did.

They have been a huge help in protecting furniture and things around the house from our cat. However I would suggest to keep checking your cats nails because I have had nails fall off a week after putting them on.

Bought these for my kitten because he was very aggressive with his claws and on our furniture. He used to climb up our legs like a tree. I really didn't want to declaw him so this was a good compromise. It's been a year and I still use them on him. It can be a bit of a struggle to put them on, but we've got a good system down. The first day he walked a little weird and fussed with them, but that got old quick and he acts like they aren't even there now. The glue that comes with is nice, but I usually have to replace at least 3 claws a week on him. Most of the time he wears the plastic tip off, so his nail tip is a bit exposed, but I trim his nails before placing the cap, so when the tip breaks off, his nail and my furniture is still protected. My cat still uses his capped claws on his cat trees and to scale towers so I think that's why some break off or fall off. I would only use these on inside cat's, because it takes some of their fighting abilities away. But in our case that's nice because he doesn't claw our dogs eyes out when they are playing. Our furniture stays protected and I haven't had a cat scratch all year. The only issue we've ran into with these, is occasional he will try to scratch/biscuit a rug and if the cap is a bit grown out, he will get the fiber of the rug stuck above where the claw has grown out. This isn't usually too big of an event, usually the cap just comes off and he is free, but there was one instance where he drug a rug across the kitchen because he was stuck to it. This has also happened with a yarn blanket. Just something to keep in mind!

These were as easy to put on as any cat will allow, and they look awesome (I really recommend matching your cat's fur. White ones look silly on a black cat so I got black for our Bombays and they look great.) My kitten tries to rip them off but she's not successful yet- and I don't think it's a comfort issue, I think they just annoy her (and I can relate, as I do the same with fake nails!) but my mother's cat is proud of his caps and leaves them alone so YMMV.Overall totally worth the $ and effort to keep our new curtains from being shredded. Wish I knew they worked so well before they destroyed the leather chair and most of my pants. I get a little bit of satisfaction when she "scratches" me and nothing happens!!

These worked pretty well.1. Our kitty is 10 months old, so we started a little late. I can see how starting when they are very young would help this be the "norm" and cause less stress.2. The nail caps are black, so it was extremely difficult to guage how much adhesive had been squeezed into each - we wanted black but something to keep in mind.3. It is basically super glue, so if you get messy it will adhere to your fingers (may or may not have happened twice 😁), or the scissors you use to open the squeeze tube may or mY not be permanently stuck together if you don't notice glue got on them soon enough... 🤣4. We have only done one apication but found 3 nail caps that were ripped and not usable5. Work fast, otherwise if kitty squirms the glue could get on nails/fur but the nail cap still might not be on.6. Our kitty chewed/ripped 2 off within 2 days. Again, we know this would have been easier to start younger, and this will be a process. Two more have come off in the 7 days since (could have been him, could have been user error since it was our first time applying).7. He didn't climb on the cat tree or wrestle with his brother for a couple days after applying, so we were a little worried. But he is back to his old self.8. We are able to trim all our cats' nails, so we did trim them before applying. If the nails are too long I could see how the silicone caps may not stay on very well/long.9. The nail caps have helped a bit with his scratching. At least when he does scratch the furniture it isn't ripping the fabric immediately. I am sure it could still damage fabric over time with the silicone rubbing/pulling at it. Hopefully he grows out of it or learns soon, as the other two haven't ever done this.10. Unless your kitty is much more chill then ours, it would take at least 2 people to apply. We did it with three (one to put adhesive drops in cap, one to apply to nail, one to hold kitty)11. The tapping sound of the silicone nail covers hitting our hard floors is kinda cute 😍All in all seems to be good product for price. We will try again affer trimming his nails once a few more of the nail covers come off. Hopefully we will get better at it and our kitty will get used to it too.

These caps work perfectly for both of our cats. The caps that were slightly too large for some nails trimmed easily to fit the cats claws. They also stayed on fairly well. We had a few fall off but I believe it were the ones that were more of a struggle to put on due to a lack of cooperation from the cat (as expected) and the adherence was slightly compromised. I don't feel it was a lack of quality in the product or instructions on how to apply.
