This couch is phenomenal. My husband wasn't a big fan of the idea of purchasing a sofa online but he finally came to grips with it and now I can't keep him off of it!! We are in love. It is huge and very cozy. Was able to sit on it immediately but I tested it and let it sit over The Weeknd while we were away. Great bang for your buck and the ottoman is a big plus. Provides tons of storage space. This purchase was a game changer for our family. I don't regret a thing!

I love this couch! I’ve been wanting a joy bird modular but couldn’t justify spending $4k on a couch. I had been debating this one for a while and I am SO glad I bought it! Even with the $200 shipping this is a steal! This couch is awesome!I ordered 4 days ago (on a Saturday, it’s Tuesday today) and the couch was delivered today in 4 boxes. Even though the seller emailed me that it may arrive over several days, everything got here the same day.The instructions are clear and putting it together was super easy and took me only about an hour by myself.The terracotta color is beautiful! In the sunlight it looks like a burnt orange and the chenille fabric is soft to the touch. The seating cushions inflated immediately and are the perfect firmness (not too soft, not too firm). The back and side cushions needed to be fluffed (as shown in the video) and are on the soft side so you can really sink in (like a cloud). It is so comfortable!Make sure you put the seat cushions into the covers the right way! One side has the springs - that should go on the bottom!!!Pictures for reference. Didn’t have a banana but I am 5’2” and may take a nap here now.

Update: seller communicated well and made it all right by me! Offered replacement parts etc.The couch when assembled looks decent enough but I am not sure how sturdy it is. The longevity is definitely questionable. Assembly instructions were a mess. The assembly process once you have figured it out is relatively easier. Took me 4-5 hours including 2 hour nap and multiple breaks lol. The screws to assemble the back part of the seat with the base were not aligned and so some of it didn’t fit properly. This definitely will be an issue if I ever move in the future. The seat cushions are firm however they are not uniform. Two seat cushions are decent and one is pretty good. They also have different zipper colors so I guess there is some logic over there. The back cushions are definitely not thick enough so be ready to add your own filling to this cushions. It’s not value for money for sure. The ease of cleaning is the reason I bought this at the first place. Also the base is hollow and not the strongest I have seen. I am still a little confused about all the raving positive reviews.

I received this couch in January & wanted to take some time before writing a review. I paid $199 for shipping, which still made this couch cheaper than others I viewed. It arrived in 4 boxes over the course of about 3 days, all before the scheduled delivery date. The color is exactly what I was looking for! The difficulty in assembling it was maybe a 4/10; the instructions are good, I did it by myself and kept screwing things on the wrong side because I didn’t see the holes on the bottom until I went to put all of the couch together. This is important, so pay attention to the bottom pieces. The seats link together, but nothing is linking the ottoman to the seats, so it wanders off when I toss around too much. The couch doesn’t sit too low for me (I’m 5’4). It’s firm but comfortable to sit in or sleep on. The ottoman can hold several blankets or other decorative pieces, if you want. I haven’t tried washing the seat covers yet to test how durable or how well they keep their color.

I read the reviews for this one and liked the price. I researched couches for weeks and gave this couch a chance. The seller was CONSISTENTLY in contact with me during the whole delivery process. They answered any questions I had about the assembly or delivery process. The couch came early in 4 separate big boxes, easy assembly, it’s made of springs and memory foam it is sturdy and comfortable. Let the cushions sit for two full days so they can air and fluff out. You can style the 4 piece couch in two ways you can place the middle piece as a second ottoman and have a comfy love seat with two ottomans. Or style it the way I have in the pictures. I’m glad I got this couch! The color is beautiful and it will be easy to move during moving because it is modular!

I researched for a while before finally finding this couch. I loved that I could customize the layout for my small space, the wash/wipeable fabric, storage ottomans & that many reviews confirmed its sturdiness. I ordered the 3 seat, U style combination. It was supposed to arrive in 5 separate boxes (1 was lost). The construction of the pieces was easy and quick, took my 15-year-old nephew and I less than a hour. Once I realized 1 box was missing I reached out to customer service and the delivery company. The seller responded quickly & worked fast to make sure I received a replacement seat. The customer service experience was top tier! I’d order again for that reason alone, not to mention the color of the sofa is perfection - photos don’t do it justice. Overall, highly recommend.
