Gold dentlifuer
Clean damaged surfaces with a clean, damp cloth.
Insert the glue stick into the glue gun, heat for about 3-6 minutes and apply the glue.
Wait for 2-3 minutes, when the glue cools down and has residual temperature, use the gold dent lifter and adjust its height to repair dents.
Repeat the above steps until the dent pop up.
Spray 95% alcohol on remaining glue and scrape it off with a shovel after 1-2 minutes.
Bridge dent puller
1.Apply hot melt adhesive to the puller
2.Stick to the indentation press for about 10 seconds
3.Installation the puller once the gel has been fixed
4.Remove the gel with a spatula after the repair

The glue is hard to get off the car. I couldn't get it to pull any dent, the wide puller broke the first time I used it. It's not metal, mostly plastic. I'm going to make one from steel and see if I can pull a dent.

Does not work, got one of the pulls stuck to my car took weeks to get it off and scratched my car coming off.. Junk and Amazon wouldn't help with the scratches on my car... BUYER BEWARE

What I like about this kit. It has a lot of basic hand tools for different situations and techniques. For some reason, other kits either don't include all these basic tools or don't include a simple bag. It was the T-bar (which is all metal), the gold dent lifter aka clamp puller, and the tap-down pen with hammer and heads that I found hard to find in combination. Another really nice feature is that the glue gun has an on-off switch and indicator light! Seriously, this is the first glue gun that I can leave plugged in but turn off and that is awesome. This package has some supplies to get you started and a bag to hold everything. For these reasons, I like this package. This kit does not include isopropyl alcohol but it did include the small spray bottle. I used isopropyl alcohol to clean the work surface, as well as remove the glue.I worked on a stainless panel and a car body in multiple spots. I had one tab break, and glue breaks on every attempt across the t-bar and clamp puller. Most of the time the glue broke at the tab connection. Given that experience, I believe I need to find alternative glue and tabs to make the kit usable for dent pulling. Those two items are expendable anyway.I am not a professional. I would guess that most professionals would not buy this for daily use. I think skilled pros could make these tools work with their preferred glue and tabs. An amateur like me will have a lot harder time making this work without investing more out of the gate and experimenting to find good products. So if you are patient and want to learn or are already skilled I recommend it for the tools but expect to buy more glue immediately.

Suction does not work at all and it is not strong enough to pull the dent. Do. not waste $$

Not the best but not the worst. Screw pulls out of bar if too much pressure is applied. Glue is very difficult to remove from vehicle. The glue will remove from tabs a lot easier than from the vehicle.
