This is a standard sized 10" springform baking pan, made from stainless steel.I've had plated ones that rust if the plating is scratched, and non-stick ones that stuck, and ones with non-stick material/lacquer that separated over time. This will do none of those things. It's still a good idea to use a parchment paper liner to aid in separation, if the recipe allows. There is a pretty snugly fitting silicone outer cover that will collect any slight leakage from wetter mixes, and which will allow for immersion of the lower part of the pan in a water bath while cooking without worrying about water creeping in.There are a few extras thrown in. The pre-cut parchment paper circles are nice to have; I already have icing bags/nozzles, so these are redundant for me.It worked well on the cheesecake that was my first trial with it. It fits together nicely - the silicone outer is close-fitting, so put it on before filling the pan.

This is an awesome sturdy springform pan! I love the silicone cover. I really struggle with making the perfect cheesecake and have been afraid to try the waterbatb method because my springforms always get water in them, always! That wont be a problem any more thanks to this awesome product. I will update this review once I have a chance to make a cheesecake. The matching parchment paper makes life so easy. The piping bag and tips are pretty basic but I can always use more of them. They're great training tips for my kids. This is a fantastic starter kit.

This isn't bad for a cheaper springform. The seal to the base isn't 100% there but the cover is nice to have on incase of any leaks. The silicone cover isn't a great fit though, I can see one spot near the doohicky is extra stretched out.

This is a great springform set. It comes with the springform pan and also a silicone sleeve to cook it in so there won't be any drips. Also comes with a pastry sleeve and tips and cut to fit parchment paper for baking. It's really fantastic and I have already thrown out the old one which did leak and needed a cookie sheet under it. This is a better "mousetrap" but I took off one star because it isn't as high as I would like it to be.
