The necklace and customization of photos was beautiful!Unfortunately the locket itself would not stay latched and would hang open.Due to the customization of photos the seller stuck to the no return policy despite the locket’s closure being defective.

The locket I receive does not stay shut. Overall the quality just feels… less. The photos are well set, I like the tone of the gold, and appreciate the shorter chain length.Personally I would settle for something less expensive based on quality or save up and splurge for a higher quality version. If you’re deciding between a few, I would say skip and move to the next.
