These are not what I actually intended to order, but they work fine as raw thermistors - no complaints aside from my own "oops".

Worked to fix a bad thermistor on my Prusa i3 3D printer. I do not really have any way to test the accuracy but the printer works perfectly so I assume that the accuracy is decent.

I needed a replacement due to broken leads on the original thermistor. The Robo 3d R1+ puts a stress point where the thermistor goes into the brass casing. The solution was to order a pack of these for less than the shipping of getting the parts from Robo. After verifying that it was returning reasonable values (tested with a hair dryer) I drilled out the casing and put this one in with JB weld. Rather than use the plastic tubes that caused the breakage in the first place, I used JB weld to reinforce all joints. It is now quite strong and can take any insertion and removal of the print-head without being a high risk factor. Of course you can break it with enough abuse, but this is many times better than the original. What pleased me most is that I did not have to redo the calibration on the thermistor for the Robo. If you get this for another printer you may need to calibrate it depending on what it is replacing, but it's right in line with other common parts so you could be lucky. The photo attached shows the rework with JB weld preventing breakage.

Not for creality or any other 3d printer that needs to have shielding on the wires leading to the thermistor, i should have paid more attention...
