Installation Steps
1. Cut a hole in the tank wall (using a hole saw)
2. Remove the locknut from the fitting, leaving the gasket on the body
3. Insert the body through the hole in the tank from the side
4. Trappig the washer between the tank wall and the shoulder of the tank adapter
5. Screw the locknut back onto the body for a tight, leak-free installation

The inside diameter of these seems to be a bit too large. 2 different fittings that I attached required more Teflon tape and pipe dope to get a seal than I have every used on any plumbing fixtures in the past.
