Compared to an example Philips can light I have on hand that uses springs like these these are beefy! Also, the angle is less, and the inner diameter of the spring portion is pretty big. I have a bunch of lights (Philips warm glow) that don't have this spring attachment method, and my ceiling requires it, so I will use these with a custom designed 3D print to adapt those lights. I've been looking for these!!!
