Last year I heard about a lure winning tournaments in Japan called the "Hairy Dice"... To get them shipped to the USA was ridiculous so I decided to buy some of this skirting material and a hair-punch tool and make my own!... I never did catch a fish on it... But I can say that the material is as advertised.

haven't tried to tie with these, yet and will update the rating when I do. These come in solid flat strips which are easier to select and cut to length than the precut single strand bundles. I use this material for legs and feelers on large streamer flies, crawdad imitations, leeches, and large nymphs and also to rebuild the trailers on lures like spinner baits, buzz baits, jigs, and frog imitations.

came quick, these are strips of rubber, previous ones I could rub my hands with them and they strands would come undone, this one seems to need to be pulled apart, not to bad
