Urethane Bandsaw tires are quick and easy to install, no adhesives are required, and can be soaked in hot water for three minutes before installation, making belt softening easier to install.
Our tires offer uniform thickness over entire width. Allows for optimum blade tracking, provide excellent traction and crowning for the blades. Also eliminates blade damage due to wheel contact.

These bands were supposed to fit an 11 inch wheel. No way will they ever stretch that large. The instructions stated to use the included tool but no tool was included. Total waste of time.

I have tried everything possible and still cant stretch these belts emough to get on the wheels. May just be too hard of material to get to work.

The videos I found about how to install make it look easier than it is. The videos show a band that is much closer to the actual size of the wheel than this one for the ShopSmith. I was able to install by taking the wheels off and wrestling the bands on by clamping the wheels in a vise, using a few clamps to hold the tire as I progressed, heating the tires in water, and still sweating/struggling/pinching my fingers/swearing... but finally got it on. And it works. Phew!
