In case you're like me and wondering, yes, it's a true royal blue. I used it for making a mask cover and some cute clothes. It has a slight stretch to it but holds its shape well. I was expecting to have to reinforce it or hem it, but I didn't need to. It's good quality and didn't unravel or fray when I cut it. It's not easily damaged by tugging, stretching, or catching on things.

It was a light bright yellow not mustard yellow like it looked on my phone screen. Returned it. It was pretty & very nice lace but I needed a mustard yellow.
