The brake disc arrived and is already installed on my bike. BUT the bolt holes were a smaller size than mine. So we had to enlarge them. For this, your description is not accurate.

Put on my 2013 Road Glide Ultra. Not too bad. Small squeal and slow speeds with break pressure applied. But the Harley OEM stuff does the same. Holds to interstate speeds as well.
