I will start out by saying that I did not get these for a lawn mower. I had two wheelbarrows that both had a slow leak and I would have to reinflate them every time I went to use them. The tires themselves had started to rot and were in pretty bad shape so I decided to try replacing them with these. These were a little bit smaller in diameter but not enough to make a difference. They are a little bit stiffer then the pneumatic tires were depending on how much air pressure you had in them but they work well and I think it is a worthwhile trade off for not ever having to add air to the tires again. Each tire came with a three quarter inch bearing installed on each side of it. There was also two additional 5/8 inch bearings and an assortment of metal spacers for each tire in case you had a different axle size than the three quarter inch size that came installed. I am happy with these and would assume that they would work just as well on a lawnmower. To help understand how I rate items:My philosophy is, that for a rating system to be effective, the highest rating and the lowest rating should be reserved for a relatively small percentage of the best and the worst products. If I give a product four stars, it is because I believe it is a very good product. To get five stars from me requires a product to go above and beyond and really impress me beyond my expectations. By the same token, a product has to be VERY, VERY bad to get only one star from me. One thing that I DON'T take into consideration with my ratings is price. I may make a general statement such as “this is a good value” but it will not affect my star rating. The reason is that product prices change, even from day-to-day. Also what one person may consider a good price someone else might not. I feel it is more important to review the quality and features of a product and let the buyer decide whether the current price is worth it to them. Another thing that I don't take into consideration are issues with shipping. This is because the seller does not always have control over that. Following is each of the five categories of *stars* and how I assign them to a product:***** Five stars - The product exceeded my expectations. I really love it and would actively suggest it to friends and would certainly purchase it again if needed.**** Four stars - The product met my expectations. It does what it claims to do. I like it and would recommend it to someone if they asked about it. I would Most likely purchase it again if needed .*** Three stars - The product is average and for the most part does what it claims. There may be a few things I don't like about it. If I recommended it to someone, I would state my reservations. I may purchase it again if I could not find a better alternative.** Two stars - The product fell far short of my expectations. It may, in some respects, do what it claims to do but has far too many problems to overlook. I would never recommended it to someone nor would I ever purchase it again. There is a good possibility I would return it.* One star - The product is terrible. It has way too many cons and few if any pros. I would actively warn my friends away from it and would most likely return it if possible.

Ordered this (2) Pack of 11" x 4.00-5 - Lawn Mower Tires/Wheels Flat Free - W/Solid Steel Wheels - W/Grease Fittings for my John Deere Lawn & Garden trailer. My old OEM tires were (12) yrs old and every time I wanted to use it, always a flat tire. After looking closer to both tires, they both had splits and dry rotting and knew it was time for new tires. So I started shopping online and comparing new tires, and saw this (2) pack of tires/wheels that were "Flat Free" designed and uses no air, ever!. After reading about them and that they were made of solid polyurethane on solid alloy steel wheels and that they come with a 350 Lb rating and fit my lawn trailer, I ordered them. This was a good move for me as I will never have another "Flat Tire" to air up when needing my trailer. I like the solid polyurethane material design as they are solid all way thru to the solid steel wheels. They both came with grease fittings and that was a big plus for me. They also came with extra bearings and spacers to fit many applications. It only took me approximately 45 minutes to install and change out both tires/wheels. They fit my trailer very good and was actually easy to install.I like the "no tread" design and they leave no marks in my garden or no damage to my grass on the lawn. They work great and carry a good load with no problems. No more "Flat tires for me", ever!.Happy with order

Disregarding the intended use as mower tires, I found that these will be a great improvement for my “all-terrain” dolly, which I believe started life as a 50-gallon drum mover. The axle was moved to make it easier to take it “off road” like the terrain outside of a barn while it is being constructed. These are designed for the professional to use every working day without fail. The rims are made of thick steel, not the junk they use on the wheels at the farm and discount tool stores. There is a real Zerk fitting to pump grease into hub to keep the bearings happy. The bearings are real, well-made ones, not sleeves or rinky-dink ---- oh my I am at a loss for words. (Well, at least polite ones...) Let's just say that the bearings on these hubs are excellent and a world apart from the so-called competition. Since it comes with two sets of bearings plus sleeves/spacers, I will have four nice 5/8” bearings to use on another project, making ordering these tires that much sweeter. One thing that prevents these from being bolt-on is the axle on the dolly. It is 5/8” but it is too short for these wheels. I have ¾’ rod on order for this and other projects that will make perfect axles.I gave these tires 5 stars because they are so well made and they look good! They are also reasonably priced for such heavy-duty tires. In town, the same money will get you skinny knobby tread tires on ½” axles. Instead of “flat-free” they are better described as “run-flat”. I think they must use bath sponge inside. The distortion of the tire as it rolls must contribute to their early demise.
