Excellent Tools, trust a professional farrier! I've shod over 15000 horses as my full time job for many years and always used very expensive tools, assuming they are the best. Well, I got these cheap just to throw in my box as a backup in case my GE brand broke. Thought I'd use them just to see, and was amazed that they are every bit as good as the ones I have that look the same and cost 5x as much! If they last for years like the GE, then I see no reason to spend more money, when these are wonderful tools! VERY IMPRESSED!!!

I bought this so I had a tool to remove a shoe in an emergency. Easy to handle. I am not a farrier but need to be able to remove a loose shoe asap when needed.
