This baby play mat is soft and larger than expected for a baby. It is thick enough so a baby can play comfortably. The quality is very good and it is easy to pack and travel with where ever a baby goes. It doesn’t have a smell and the mat helps to protect a baby from germs of a ground surface. Great product two thumbs up!

We don't have any carpet in our living room?so this mat is perfect for the little one to roll around and play on. The fabric is soft and strong and doesn't tear even under dog claws. It's nonslip on the bottom and stays in place well. It rolls up easily and can be tucked away in the corner when not in use. It's definitely thick enough to protect you from hard floors but not so soft that it's difficult to walk on for babies.

I love this play mat for my 6 month old who is learning to sit! It is thick enough and easily wiped down and cleaned! Would recommend and buy again! The price can't be beat for the quality!

This is a great mat to use for our grandson! I don't have to worry about him getting dirty or into something he shouldn't. This mat is nice and thick. It is nice and large but it also so easy to transport anywhere we go. It gives me peace of mind and keeps him protected from germs.

I already owned a very similar style playmat for my baby and absolutely love it! Owning that one got me thinking about how perfect this type of playmat would be for my small dogs (5-20lbs). My dogs shed a lot, so I loved the idea of the pleather so the hair would blow right off, but I didn't love the sticky dots on the underside because then the hair is nearly impossible to get off if it gets underneath. So, when I saw that this playmat was pleather on both sides and no sticky dots, I was beyond excited and ordered immediately! Rest assured, the pleather itself acts as a gripper on the floor, not as grippy as the sticky dots, but I think it's enough grip. Since it's waterproof I don't have to worry about any accidents and any mess can be wiped right off! It's more than big enough for all 4 of my small dogs to stretch out however they please all at the same time. The foam is the perfect density, it's soft and comfortable, yet doesn't sink down to nothing in an instant like memory foam would do. This is just like the one I have for my baby and it's absolutely perfect for a baby/toddler playmat too! It's so much thicker and more protective against falls than any other style playmat on the market! I absolutely love this gorgeous green color too! Love, love, love!Update to add another idea that I had! I added velcro strips along the edge & folded the playmat in half, so now it's twice as thick and not as huge, but still perfect size for the dogs! Also, there's now 4 sides, so if one side gets worn out, it can be rotated/flipped 4 times, so it's like buying 4 dog beds in one! I attached a picture of how I have it!

Nothing against the product, as it IS as described. You get a product that can be wiped clean. Used as is, or inside a large play pen.You can technically put this in a 50x50 play pen, but there will be some gap at the bottom. Because I set my playpen on a tile floor, I first put in a mat like this (in a cover, wipeable), but then I put a washable mat on top. Why? Because baby does spit up. Against the cloth mat baby does not "stick" in the summertime to the PU Leather. I prefer to wash in my large washing machine, then to wipe clean. Price of a cloth play mat is typically much cheaper, that you might be able to buy 2 cloth mats for the price of this mat.This is a great mat for older kids to tumble. Roll, and girls especially like to take tumbling/gymnastics. Yes, I just gender identified, but in my opinion, girls play differently than boys. I'm not saying all.The cloth mat folds up better for storage than the larger foam mat.I can take the foam mat and set it on my outside concrete slab porch patio better than I can the cloth mat, as the wind will blow up the cloth more than the weighted/heavier foam mat.Each version (cloth vs foam) can have a long life and varied usage to get your money's worth out of the purchase.I got the green as it is gender-neutral color, and the darker color better hides any future stains.I always click on the seller store link, the hyperlink to see what other items they sell. To me, this appears to be sold by a distributor and is not in a "brand" or seller with other children's items or mats. To me, yes, this does have a factor on my purchases. No one should judge, evaluate or buy an item with just one factor only, but we weigh the factors of will this seller be in business down the road if there is a rip or warranty issue with the cover or foam. In my opinion, if you can buy the same/comparable item from a more established or known brand, then I do that.
