Pros:- Sturdy and thick outer folder material- Front flap has an open pocket for tucking papers (wish there was one in the back too!)- Wire page holders are strong and in some cases double enforcedCons:- The only slight negative is that the outside of the folder is some sort of shiny material that shows scrapes and scuffs very easily. I thought maybe I received a used product because the first two folders I pulled out had a crazy amount of scratches on the front.

My company uses these for project files, so I got these for personal use. I am so impressed!Pros:+The material is high quality, durable paper/cardboard.+The folds are reinforced and move easily.+The center divider is perfectly sized/not obtrusive.+I love the pockets on the front and back flap. Great feature.+The metal band/wire seems heavy duty and I could reasonably expect them to endure multiple bends when you add new documents.Cons/Critiques: none, these are easily better than the name brand ones that my company buys
