I purchased these to fix the infamous 3.6 tick in my bank 2 side of the engine: parts fit into place. Once the engine was started, it began idling rough and throwing the P0300 random misfire code. I checked compression on both sides. Bank 1 was good. Bank 2 had zero compression. After a week of investigation, it turned out that the lifters we’re about a millimeter too short and the rockers were pitched at an angle that didn’t allow the Caleb to close at all. I replaced the new parts with Mellen brand parts and the engine fired up nicely. Perhaps these parts that I bought here are meant for something else. Definitely not a 2012 jeep wrangler sport with the 3.6

To do both heads you need 24 of each. I did not catch this when ordering. I realized it the day off dismantle. I had to buy extra ones at higher prices locally

I did change one side after my OEM lifters barely started making noise, changed the 12 rocker arms and lifters and after all the work and money to do this change the noise was 10 times worst, my jeep sounds like a diesel now, I know I have to wait for the lifters get fully lubrication but even after 2 weeks of use the noise persists. Make you a favor and buy OEM or any other good known brand. My return window is closed now, that means I am screwed.
