My cat's behavior quickly changed just by playing with it. It was a bizarre, aggressive behavior. I'm an experienced cat owner, and I've never seen a cat react to anything with catnip like this before. The stick rolled away from him, and he became obsessively determined to find it. The smell was on my hand from handling it and he attacked my hand. His respiratory rate became so rapid, I thought he was going to have a heart attack. (He is 1 yr old) I put the entire pack of sticks in a zippered sealed bag and threw them away. I then thoroughly washed my hands, A very scary situation

My cat was interested for about a minute but has shown absolutely no further interest in it since. Maybe someone else's cat might like it more. I'll ask around.

My cat really loved it but shortly after giving my cat one I noticed she was acting different than usual. Took her to the emergency vet and she was hospitalized for two days with acute kidney injury. Not sure if it has anything to do with this treat but I probably won’t be buying again… just in case.

My cats love and fight over these! However, only for a couple hours and then they are ignored from there on until a brand new one is opened up for them . Do what you will with that info. I’ll continue to buy these as a special treat to keep them entertained for a bit here and there but I wish they kept their interest longer.
