This arrived very well packaged, inside of a foam bag inside of a slightly padded gig bag. The gig bag is okay and it has a neck support. Not a whole lot of padding, but adequate. The guitar is quite beautiful. The fit and finish are perfect. The neck is a wide and very thin C and very comfortable. I didn't measure the radius, but the fretboard seems very flat. Probably necessary with the twelve string layout. The fret work is excellent. No high frets and no buzz. The action was set well and the neck had just a tiny bit of relief. The neck and body have a very nice binding. Well done. The headstock has twelve tuning machines that work very well. They also make the guitar very neck heavy and divey, but I don't know how they'd avoid that on a twelve string. Just be sure to play with a strap and it's not an issue. The bone nut is cut very well and 48.78mm in width. The sound is gorgeous. It's loud and jangly without amplification and even louder and janglier with amplification. I got out my Byrds songbook and went to town. I can't tell you how great this guitar sounds. If you're into twelve string guitars, for around 170 dollars with the current couponn, i don't think you can go wrong. There are some extras included, but the guitar is the thing here and it's very good. There is only one problem with the guitar and it is the built in tuner. I simply could not get it to work very well and when you're tuning 12 strings, that's very frustrating. I finally just went with a headstock chromatic tuner and it worked fine.
