The dishwasher I bought didn't have hardly any insulation to dampen the noise. This is very easy to apply and can be cut to go on and around indents and edges. I can hardly hear the dishwasher when it runs. Excellent result.

This foam roll is a very convenient item to use if you are making costume / cosplay accessories and masks!It's self-stick and very flexible, making it easy to apply on a rigid structure like a helmet on my case. You can also glue it to itself if you need multiple layers. The material is easy to rip with your fingers to give it a general shape and also easy to sculpt with a heat knife. It can shrink a little when heated so make sure you don't use you knife in a too hot setting. Latex paint holds perfectly to it. Very practical for many uses!Just keep in mind that if you need something extra sturdy, the glue backing might not be enough for you. I would not recommend on a flexible base or a part that will get a lot of movement. But on something rigid it's great!

This foam seems to be of a half decent quality but a good portion of the foam on the roll is deformed and squashed. This most likely happened in shipping or in packaging but the deformities make it hard to cut straight pieces from the foam as there are no straight edges anywhere. The foam is quite dense and the adhesive seems to be great and sticks really well to any flat, smooth surface. You just want to make sure to clean the surface you are sticking the foam to really well with rubbing alcohol. This foam work great for custom chair pads or small pads on slate coasters. The quantity that you get for the price is a great deal and provides you with enough material to make tons of projects. I wish is wasn't so deformed but that's just me. It is a good quality of foam, even with the deformities.

I ordered this AMGSH Marine Foam Roll to line some tool boxes. I ordered the ⅛" thick roll, 12" inches wide and 78" inches long. The quality is good however in hindsight I would have ordered the ¼" or even ½" thich size rather than the ⅛".The foam appears to be good quality with a peel and stick adhesive backing. The adhesive sticks well in normal room temperature however I'm uncertain how well it will stick in sub zero temperatures or in the hot sun. The foam is easy to cut and quick to install.Overall I'm happy with the price, quality and performance of this Foam. I plan on ordering some more of the thicker size. I wish it came in larger widths. 16" or 24" instead of just 12".

I used this closed cell foam sheet in my truck’s interior—along the wall behind the cab and over the footwells—and it’s made a huge difference in sound deadening. It’s very similar to the foam padding you’d find under carpets in luxury cars, absorbing noise effectively and adding a cushioned feel underfoot. The adhesive backing made it easy to install, and I could cut it to fit exactly where I needed. It’s a great upgrade that’s not only improved the quietness but also added a nice softness to the carpet. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enhance insulation and comfort in their vehicle!
