This is a decent set of solid drill bits. I quickly drilled through a 6 inch thick piece of pressure treated lumber faster than using a spade bit. The design quickly ejected the wood material so I didn't have to constantly reverse the bit out to clear the hole.The only recommendation I would make is to use a nail or other sharp object to make an impression exactly where you want to start the hole. I drilled 4 different holes and each time the bit "walked" away from where I started the hole. You need to do this if you need a hole precisely located.

only used them on a few holes but they got done what i needed them to get done so it worked out

These are great quality and true to the description. I like that you recieve 2, I somehow always misplace things and it's nice to have a backup just in case. They work well and are easy to use. They are sturdy and did not bend or break when used.
