I purchased these to make tie and scarf pins - these are very small but have just enough surface area to glue a flat backed charm, button or bead onto so does the job. The push in backs are quite stiff and strong to pull on and off so should stay on without coming loose. Good if you want a small sized pin but may need something with a larger surface area for a more promenant pin.

These are okay it's just that the top part is incredibly tiny and the bottom part is huge. I wish the top pin was a little longer and the bottom clasp smaller. But they seem to work for the purpose and I need them.
