First unit didn’t have enough Freon to keep it cold gentlemen called right away and replaced our unit and we had it within five business days. This unit works like a dream. Excellent customer service excellent product.

The unit has been installed for 49 days and it wont cool for longer than 3 hours, we have attempted to contact the manufacturer since week one with little to no response. I would like to return the unit but now Amazon says I have passed the date of return. I don't want to return the unit since I have paid for installation but my technician is fed up with trying to deal with the manufacturer and their lack of response and help. So now I have to buy a new unit and pay to remove this one and install a different one. DONT BUY THIS AC UNIT!!!

Super quiet and works perfectly! Tip: Make sure to find an HVAC professional who is familiar with mini-split systems. Even some professionals may not be experienced enough to install it correctly because they don’t know mini-split ACs very well. Our technician vacuumed and installed the unit flawlessly. Good product.

It was originally missing the remote control but as soon as I let them know they sent it within a day! Great customer service! They were very friendly and helpful and the units work great!

This unit was very easy to install, with clear instructions. You WILL need to get a professional to pressure test the lines and vacuum the moisture from the system, but once that's taken care of, it works very well. It has features like "sweep", which goes left-right, and up-down. Several fan settings, etc. And it also handles heat for the winter months. Very pleased.

Quiet operation easy installation great cooling efficiency. Have not tried heat due to being summer here. Also have not seen light bill compared to old hvac system will know in a couple of weeks. Highly recommended

Overall, a well-built mini-split AC unit. Great value.Delivery: FAST. The vendor shipped the unit within 24 hours of my order.Packing: SOLID. It came in two packages—one for the indoor unit and one for the outdoor unit. Both arrived well-packaged with no damage.Accessories: It came with 16.4 ft copper pipes, communication wire, and a full installation kit, except for the hardwire cable to the circuit breaker (which the technician will handle).Installation: We hired a professional with over 15 years of experience installing mini-splits. No issues, it was installed perfectly. Our tech mentioned that installation is crucial to the performance of a mini-split system, and even a minor mistake during installation could cause malfunctions.Performance: Quiet and powerful. Cools down very quickly. It also has a Wi-Fi function, so I can control the unit with my phone, which is great.Highly recommended!

The unit was easy enough to install but do have to get ac coolant charged and lines need air released. The unit doesn't have a setting to automatically shut off and on by itself. The inside unit constantly runs and blows air. While it's not blowing cold air to reach desired temp it does blow warm air. It can get stuffy off and on due to that. Serves the purpose and don't regret buying.
