These were a common spec in the 1970s when I was in college, and here they still are being offered today. Of course, now they are made in China by an unnamed company. If you are going for authentic restoration of vintage high end stereo equipment .... maybe not. But for garden variety uses they seem to work just fine.YMMV.

This is one of the most common diodes out there. I ordered these for a simply application where I want to trigger an alarm with 11 different inputs, but I also want each input to trigger a pulse to an microcomputer and not trigger the others.Pros: They are pretty standard and I checked a couple to see if they work, but I don't have the equipment to push them to their spec limits. The price is pretty good.Cons: None yet.
