This is being used to shield the fuel lines on an engine swap. It seems well made and is easily cut to size.I haven't completed the project yet but I expect to soon and I'll try to update my opinion once I do.

Used on oil lines on my racecar that actually touch the header. 3 hours of track time and still holding up. Will see if it lasts for 25 season. Excellent performance so far.

The fit was good on my home made cover. Same as the expensive covers as far as material and quality but much cheaper. I use welding cloth and ace bandage wrap layer over this and it works perfect for a fraction of the cost. Highly recommend.

I am currently building a car and as such need to protect some of the wiring and fluid lines from heat sources. I used this for running some wires close to the exhaust, but not touching it. The stuff seems to be made of a silicone outer sheath with a lining of fiberglass. I haven't had the car running yet, so it is difficult for me to say how well it works. However, I have used a name brand version of this and it worked well for years. I just hope this is as good as that was.
