The grinder works very well. I wish it had more than two angles but the 15 and 20 degrees are probably more than I need. The thing I don't like is that all the holes position the tungsten in the same groove on the disc. Most of the disc will not be used.

Used it a few times in my garage I have a tig welder at home and no diamond bench grinders. So ordered this cheaper alternative. Well worth the money. Super easy to set up. Just as easy to use. Will buy my next one the same product as this one.

Bought this to replace my $400 grinder ND it does the same thing. Even comes with extra discs. Ive been using it trouble free for months. My only complaint is there's no cut off ability. So if you really dirty up the tungsten it won't fit in the hole to grind it, you need a separate tool to cut off the end

For what it is, this product does it's job well. It doesn't take up a whole lot of space, and even the simplest of shop hands can't mess it up.For the price, I feel like I got a decent value. Tungsten isn't cheap, so having a sharpening jig helps to increase production and save consumables.Seems to be a quality unit. Easy to use, and quick. I only wish you weren't limited to just a couple angles.

This is my 2nd review, the replacement grinder that I received tungsten holes were drilled properly and product worked flawless. I grinded one pack 3/32 and one pack of 1/16 and grinder worked great speed control was a plus on this unit . It's nice to have a unit like this by your weld table or if your a mobile welder this would be a must.

This is a great tool especially for the cost. I have put off getting a tungsten grinder due to cost and have been doing it the old fashioned way.This is very easy to use and from throwing 2 pieces of tungsten in and getting some points made. Took me about 15 seconds each to get the 15* and the 30* points to snap a few pics.I see that several people mentioned that they had to enlarge the holes on the ring, At first I thought I might need to as well, but it is just an issue of making sure you get it at the correct angle to insert it in. I was able to get both used and fresh tungsten into the holes. I did need to use the bottom side of the grinder to remove a split on the tip of the used tungsten as I tipped it pretty good and had to break it off.It has multiple setups for different size electrodes with the common angles. It also includes a nice set of replacement abrasive disks and shanks in a storage case. Unit is also variable speed. It is basically like the dremel grinding attachment on steroids.Unit is solidly built, easy to manage and makes short work of putting points on your tungsten. I am absolutely thrilled to have this in my welding cart.Fantastic price/value.
