They’re kidding, right? They do NOT glow. Leave your car out in the sun all day and find out. The problem these geniuses didn’t take into account when they designed them is that THE EARTH MOVES!! So the direction of sunlight and shadows move. By the end of the day, any florescent light they were going to give off has gone long before you’ll see it.

These are nice caps but they definitely do not do what they advertise. They do not glow at all, the do note lite up all. We tried leaving them under the sun along with just a normal flashlight but they do not work. If you are looking for neon caps only, then these will work. If you are looking for the glow or lite up feature then I would steer clear of these.

Bought these to replace some worn out valve stems caps that were on some used wheels I bought for my Dodge Caliber.Went on easy. Good so much better than the old gray caps that were getting brittle.They look nice but don't draw as much attention as some chrome skull caps I bought for another car. Those got stolen in less than a week being parked in Baltimore. These don't scream STEAL ME lol
