This arrived in a pretty non-descript box with no instructions or safety information, just the POE injector. I do not really need instructions or safety information as it is pretty self explanatory, but since almost everything comes with instructions or safety information I found that odd.My purpose in getting this is to power a POE camera. When I plugged it into my power outlet, the blue light to indicate that it was getting power turned on, but I could not get the camera to power on. While it is possible the problem is with my camera, I see that I am not the only one with this experience so I doubt that. I cannot recommend something that won't work.

Does not power any of my PoE cameras, complete garbage.

I work with IP video surveillance cameras so I'm always looking for decent PoE injectors. Unfortunately, this isn't one. I plugged this unit into an outlet and then plugged in the LAN cable to the LAN port and attached a patch cable between the PoE port on this unit and an IP video surveillance camera. The light above the PoE port on the injector came on, but no power went to the PoE camera. I tried multiple patch cables on both the LAN side and the PoE side, but never got any power or connectivity to the camera. Maybe the injector they sent me is faulty, but I can't give it any kind of a recommendation when it just didn't work.
