I got this to power some LED strip lighting for accent lighting, and it works well. While it can be a little bit of a wild west when it comes to dimming LED strip lighting, the LED driver plays a big role in making sure it dims nicely, and I'm happy to say that this driver dims LED strip light (at least the one I am using) well, with no flickering or buzzing. It dims down to a nice low light level and, equally importantly, turns on even when the switch is still at a very dim level.I tested this using my standard Lutron Diva DVCL-153P dimmer switch.Other aspects I appreciate about this driver are that it's pretty tiny, so it would easily fit on the underside of a kitchen cabinet for countertop lighting; it's ETL listed, which I think is important for any line voltage device; and the connection blocks for both the low voltage and line voltage connections are fully enclosed when you put the covers on, so there's no need for any additional junction boxes.I think this is a fair price and a good value.

I love these drivers because they have screw-on end caps that corral and protect the wiring. You don't really need to put it in a junction box or other protective case. Really nice and worked right out of the box.Will buy again.

My experience has been that whenever an LED light stops working, the vast majority of the time the problem is the driver not the LED chips.This is a very easy install. 120V hot and neutral in, 12V hot and neutral out. Fixed.
