This was a good pwm I used on a motor that drew 5 amps. It worked well but I am sure at 10amps it would not last long. You may want to buy a board that is rated twice the load.

I cannot relate to the reviews of this product that say it's crap or doesn't work. This has not been my experience. I like the "all contacts on the same side" design, the contacts are clearly labeled making it relatively idiot-proof, wire attachment with a standard Phillips screwdriver is nice and effective, and it DID come with a mounting nut enabling me to easily affix it to the wall of the custom box I was installing it in (I got three). Most importantly, all three of the controllers I purchased for my project function properly and so far reliably. I even discovered that if you reverse the +/- wires the motor still spins in the correct direction instead of frying the component (nice surprise). I'd definitely buy this again.

Is it not controlled voltage, it control current and working fine like VFD.Make sure before purchase.Quality was good.Knob quality is also good.Overall I gave 5 ⭐

Would not control speed of 2a 12-volt fan. Wired as instructed - dimmer would not change speed. Either their power ratings are wrong or it’s just junk.

I was going to use this speed controller to vary RPM on a small dc motor. It would not turn the motor. Straight wire the motor to the power supply and works fine. I tried several different power supplies thinking that was the problem. It would only work if the knob was fully to the right/clockwise. Full right is full speed. It would suddenly go full speed and take a while to stop with the knob fully to the left. Unpredictable and uncontrollable. The smaller speed controllers work perfectly on this motor.

Did not work at all. Was full speed the entire rotation of the speed knob.

I used this for my custom built RV exhast fan. Works as it should. I did de-soder the knob (POT) added three wires to extend it so I could mount the knob in a different place.
