I fixed my macbook pro today with this screen. It was a very easy installation thanks to the ifix it guide online.. However this does not match up with the apple retina display, feels more like a 1080 display. Worth the buy if you just want to replace a screen and not replace your mac. If you are looking for that same video quality it is better to go buy a new mac unfortunately. But to finish my online degree this works great.

I called a shop to get a quote on replacing the screen on my laptop. They wanted almost 4x the cost of this product. Watched tons of videos with step by step instructions and had no issues with installation. Well worth the savings to DIY

I received the replacement screen and it was easy to install. However. The camera function does not work at all.
